hi, im researching into the house of kolor alooy effect paint. i am going to spray my lotus in two weeks time once all prep has been done, however i have questions surrounding the prep involved for the paint im using. aparently primer/base coat is black, then it must be polished up usin compound etc....well how does the paint stick? if any one has used this paint/ method any help would be great...ideally id like to have a chat with someone on the phone if some one can spare the time and knowledge....regards andy.

Have you looked at Alsa? I used the HOK chrome to do a logo, and it came out ok...but the surface needs to be so smooth, that if you have to degrease it, it rubs off....

I have not tried the Alsa, but I think they have the metal paints down to a science...
